Late Wednesday, Travis Scott teased fans on Twitter with a cryptic tweet and a picture of a masked Kanye West walking down the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida, the latest stop in the Houston rapper’s second leg of the Circus Maximus Tour.

Kanye later all but confirmed his appearance by rehearsing with Scott during sound check before the show later that night.

Equipped with a Jason Vorhees mask, Kanye performed hits from his discography like Runaway, All of the Lights, and Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1 along with a song from his upcoming three volume album Vultures, which will see its first volume release on Feb. 9.

“I wouldn’t be here on this stage without my brother, man,” Scott said about Kanye to the crowd. “He opened up these doors for me. … Make some noise for the greatest of all time.”

In recent years Kanye has been in the limelight for making anti semitic comments and other controversies, so Scott’s support and continual uplifting of Ye as an artist, indicates the strength of the relationship between the two, which extends beyond music with their children being cousins.

Travis made similar appreciative comments about Kanye last year during the first performance of his album UTOPIA in Rome, Italy.

“There is no UTOPIA without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West,” Scott said. “There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye.”

Scott’s Circus Maximus Tour will storm through Louisville, Kentucky on Feb. 5. Get your tickets here.
