To celebrate the first anniversary of her sophomore project ‘SOS’, SZA unveiled six possible album covers as a teaser for the upcoming release of the album’s deluxe edition titled ‘LANA’.

This past weekend she posted to her Instagram where she can be spotted wearing a No. 15 football jersey in three of the photos, all labeled “Lana” leading some to speculate that new bonus content might drop this Friday, December 15.

Back in February, the singer announced a deluxe edition of SOS was coming soon and would feature 10 new songs, totaling 33 tracks.

During a September performance in Brooklyn, New York City, SZA reassured fans that Lana was still on the way saying, “The deluxe is a whole ‘Nother album. It’s called Lana (short for her birth name, Solána). It’s seven to 10 songs and it’ll be out this Fall.”

SZA’s second album made a splash by debuting at the top spot on the Billboard 200, clocking in with 318,000 equivalent album units. This achievement was fueled by a staggering 404.5 million on-demand streams, breaking records for the highest-ever streaming week for an R&B album and the second-largest streaming week for a female artist.

In February, the RIAA certified the album as platinum, while several singles like “Good Day,” “Kill Bill,” “I Hate U,” “Blind,” “Shirt,” and “Low” earned platinum or gold certifications and has since been certified triple platinum and is up for two Grammy awards, including Album of the Year.

In her Billboard Woman of the Year interview, she states, “After I do the deluxe, I’m hoping to be able to accept that this chapter is done.” “I’m looking forward to actually feeling proud of myself, and not just smiling and nodding at accolades but really feeling it internally…I guess I need to stop trying to figure out what it means and start realizing and living in what it is.”

Congratulations SZA on all your success and accolades this year, you deserve it!
